FAQ's
How long will it take to get my order?
The answer to that question is "When do you need it?" We pride ourselves in meeting the deadlines of our customers. We can expedite most orders to as fast as one day production time if necessary with next day delivery if needed. It is important to note that you the customer play a key role in how long it takes to process an order. Examples of this are: clarity and accuracy of your order information, timely responses to our inquiries; and, if a proof is required, fast approval turnaround.
Our standard production time is 10-15 working days. Production time begins once all necessary line copy, artwork, production information and proof approvals are received.
Time in shipment depends on the level of service selected and available. Please note that premium shipment services (e.g. overnight, next day, two day, air, overseas) are considerably more expensive than local ground.
Orders requiring a turnaround time less than our standard production time are subject to an expedited service charge. It is important to note that it may be to your financial advantage to consider our expedited service charge versus incurring premium shipment charges.
What fonts do you have available for engraving?
We have two font groupings - one for Gifts and one for Plaques. Follow these links to view the collections. Flourishes are also available.
How do I place an order?
Orders are placed by directly contacting Engraving, Awards & Gifts. We do not offer a shopping cart option at this time as most of our products are custom made and pricing may vary based on your unique requirements.
What is a proof?
A proof is a document that shows all information and/or artwork in its final form before we proceed with production. Proofs are necessary to allow you to see any errors that may need to be corrected before producing your order.
